注意事項：

國際學(xué)生申請需要提供TOEFL成績，最低要求為530。同時學(xué)校還接受雅思成績，最低6.0。

學(xué)校推薦信有單獨的表格， 鼓勵學(xué)生在線申請。

經(jīng)濟學(xué)Master接受本科非本專業(yè)申請，但是錄取的時候比較喜歡有經(jīng)濟，數(shù)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計背景的申請者，注重這三門課程成績。

學(xué)校經(jīng)濟學(xué)PHD一般喜歡接收Master學(xué)生申請，但如果本科畢業(yè)者，學(xué)習(xí)過相關(guān)課程，背景較強也可以錄取。

點評：

University of Missouri–Columbia是美國一所老牌的公立大學(xué)，并且是一所研究型大學(xué)。綜合排名和經(jīng)濟學(xué)排名都在全美TOP100內(nèi)，屬于物美價廉的大學(xué)。經(jīng)濟學(xué)提供研究生和PHD學(xué)位，錄取要求不是太高，對中國學(xué)生比較友好。學(xué)校經(jīng)濟系目前有FACULTY 17名，其中有一名中國教授，還有一個亞裔。這跟學(xué)校對中國學(xué)生友好的態(tài)度是有一定關(guān)系的。學(xué)校的Graduate Students 75名，其中有15人為中國學(xué)生，而且每年都會有中國新生進入，充分說明了學(xué)校經(jīng)濟系對中國學(xué)生友好的態(tài)度。所以申請者如果成績不是太好，建議申請這所大學(xué)。
