順利接到國外學校的offer后，學生需要向大使館申請學生簽證， 而在準備簽證申請的過程中，材料的準備是十分重要的。有些國家，比如加拿大的簽證申請需要學生提供一份詳細的學習計劃以考察學生出國留學動機的合理性。

　　學習計劃，Study Plan，的寫作類似于申請學校時寫的個人陳述，首先，開門見山，申請人需對自己的基本情況、教育背景、所獲成績等作出詳細的介紹，例如：
